How to make Pasta in chanterelle sauce

  1. 1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.

  2. 2. Dice the onion, press or grate the garlic, and carefully wash then slice the chanterelles.

  3. 3. 3 Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion until brown, then add the garlic and chanterelles.

  4. 4. Once the mushrooms are lightly fried, add the water and stew for 10 minutes, then add the cream.
