How to make Cheese and courgette bake

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C, wash the vegetables.

  2. 2. Peel the courgette and slice it along with the mozzarella, cut the tomatoes into quarters.

  3. 3. Mix the grated parmesan, cream, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and rosemary in a bowl.

  4. 4. Arrange alternating layers of courgettes with tomato and mozzarella in a casserole dish, pour over cream sauce and bake for 30 minutes.
