How to make Penne with prawns and avocado

  1. 1. Boil the pasta al dente

  2. 2. Marinade the shelled prawns in olive oil mixed with lemon juice, pressed garlic and a little salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Dice the tomato and slice the chili pepper.

  4. 4. In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the chili pepper, add the prawns and fry for 3 minutes.

  5. 5. Mix the boiled pasta with the prawns, tomato and chilli pepper.
