How to make Courgette and cheese fritters

  1. 1. Carefully wash and grate the courgette.

  2. 2. Sprinkle the courgette with a pinch of salt and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  3. 3. Drain the water from the courgette, then add the egg, pepper and smoked paprika to it. Mix thoroughly.

  4. 4. Grate the cheese, crush the garlic and mix it with the rest of the mass.

  5. 5. Place the resulting mass in a heated frying pan with oil.

  6. 6. Fry the fritters until they acquire a golden colour.
