How to make Pork goulash with vegetables

  1. 1. Roughly dice the meat.

  2. 2. Chop the carrot, celery and potatoes into large pieces. Cut the onion into feathers.

  3. 3. Glaze the chopped onion in a well heated pan with oil.

  4. 4. Add the meat to the onions and stew it for around 5 minutes.

  5. 5. Add the remaining vegetables and seasoning, cover with the broth, and stew on a low heat for around 75 minutes.
