How to make Vegetable stew

  1. 1. Finely slice the onion, then glaze it in olive oil in a well heated frying pan.

  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes, courgette, green beans and seasoning.

  3. 3. After a few minutes, add the tomato concentrate and a little water.

  4. 4. Reduce the heat, cover and boil for about 25 minutes.
