  • Rocket Salad25 g
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Coconut oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Sesame seeds1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Beef, vegetable and sesame salad

  1. 1. Fry the beef steak (in coconut oil) for around 3 minutes on each side. Set aside to cool.

  2. 2. Dice the peppers.

  3. 3. Mix the peppers with the rocket, olive oil and seasoning.

  4. 4. Arrange the thinly sliced beef on top of the salad.

  5. 5. Sprinkle the whole with sesame.
