How to make Asparagus with spaghetti and prawns

  1. 1. Boil the pasta and keep a few tbs of the water over.

  2. 2. Cut the asparagus into small pieces.

  3. 3. Heat a tsp of oil and butter in a frying pan, and fry the asparagus on a high heat for around 2 min.

  4. 4. Heat some oil in another pan and fry the peeled prawns for about 1 min.

  5. 5. Add butter and crushed garlic to the prawns.

  6. 6. Fry the prawns for another minute or so, add the spaghetti, asparagus, water from the spaghetti, and the seasoning, then mix everything.

  7. 7. Sprinkle the spaghetti with grated parmesan.
