  • Cannellini beans in water1× cup (170 g)
  • Coconut milk0.5× cup (115 ml)
  • Water10× tablespoon (100 ml)
  • Celery1× slice (60 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Oil3× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Smoked Paprika3× pinch (3 g)
  • Provencal herbs1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Cream of bean

  1. 1. Dice the shallots and celery, season with Provençal herbs and fry in a pan for around 4 min in a tsp of oil.

  2. 2. Add the chopped garlic and fry for about 1 minute

  3. 3. Put the beans in the pan, cover with water, cover the pan and cook on a low heat for around 10 minutes.

  4. 4. Add the coconut milk to the cream and blend into a smooth mass. You can dilute the cream with water.

  5. 5. Mix a tbs of oil with smoked paprika, heat gently on a low heat, then pour over the cream of bean.
