  • Salmon1× piece (100 g)
  • Cheese, Parmesan, fresh2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Mustard, smooth1× teaspoon (10 g)

  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Baked glazed salmon

  1. 1. Lay some baking paper out in a baking tray, then place broccoli on it, divided into florets.

  2. 2. Pour on the oil, sprinkle with the pressed garlic and add salt.

  3. 3. Place the salmon beside it, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4. Mix the mustard with the honey, and spread it over the salmon.

  5. 5. Sprinkle the salmon with grated parmesan.

  6. 6. Put the tray in an oven pre-heated to 200C and bake for around 15 min.
