  • Sweet potato1.5× piece (195 g)
  • Cheese, Parmesan, fresh2× handful (60 g)
  • Potato flour3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Wholemeal flour2× tablespoon (30 g)

How to make Sweet potato dumplings

  1. 1. Slice the sweet potato in half and bake in the oven for about 30 min until soft.

  2. 2. After baking, peel the sweet potato and leave it to cool.

  3. 3. Then mash it into a soft mass in a bowl with the aid of a fork or tenderiser.

  4. 4. Add the potato flour and parmesan to the sweet potato, mix then form a ball.

  5. 5. Sprinkle a worktop with wheat flour, pull off a fragment of the dough and flatten it with a thin rolling pin.

  6. 6. Cut off a piece measuring about 1.5 cm.

  7. 7. Place the dumplings in boiling water and remove them when they float to the surface.
