How to make Peppers stuffed with cheese and chicken

  1. 1. Slice the pepper in half and remove the seeds.

  2. 2. Dice the chicken breasts, onion and mushrooms, add salt and pepper, then fry it in a pan for a few minutes.

  3. 3. Let the filling cool and stuff the pepper with it.

  4. 4. Sprinkle the stuffed pepper with parsley and cover with cheese.

  5. 5. Put the pepper in an oven pre-heated to 180C and bake for around 25 min.
