  • Bone decoction1× cup (250 g)
  • Broccoli green, fresh or frozen3× floret (150 g)
  • Carrot, fresh or frozen1× piece (50 g)
  • Mascarpone1× tablespoon (24 g)
  • Cream 30 %1× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Seeds1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Low-carb broccoli cream

  1. 1. Dice the carrots, and divide the broccoli into smaller pieces.

  2. 2. Fry the vegetables for about 2 minutes in oil in a pan.

  3. 3. Pour the broth over the vegetables and boil until soft.

  4. 4. Mix the cream with the mascarpone in a bowl, and add a few tbs of hot broth.

  5. 5. Mix the broth with the cream mass and seasoning.

  6. 6. Blend the soup and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
