How to make Fried egg in a pepper

  1. 1. Cut out a round slice of pepper about 1.5cm thick, and remove the seeds and white parts. It must be a full circle so that the egg does not run out.

  2. 2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the circle for around 2 minutes on each side.

  3. 3. Lower the heat and break the egg into the circle.

  4. 4. Add salt and pepper, cover the pan and fry on a low heat until the egg white sets.
