How to make Groats with broccoli sauce and blue cheese

  1. 1. Boil the groats and broccoli.

  2. 2. Fry the diced onion on the oil.

  3. 3. Add the chopped broccoli to the onion (finely chop some of it to make a sauce, and leave the rest in larger pieces), then fry altogether for about 1 minute.

  4. 4. Pour the water into a pan, add the cream and seasoning, then mix.

  5. 5. Pour the sauce over the groats, then top with sliced Camembert.
