  • Millet groats2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Peanut butter, smooth1× teaspoon (10 g)

How to make Banana millet pudding from plant milk with peanut butter

  1. 1. Rinse the millet groats, put them in a saucepan, then pour in plant drink, cover and bring to the boil.

  2. 2. Reduce the heat and boil under cover until the groats absorb the plant milk and soften (around 15 min).

  3. 3. Blend together the banana and peanut butter. If the pudding is too thick, add more of the plant drink.
