  • Millet groats3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Cocoa powder3× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Honey0.5× teaspoon (6 g)

How to make Chocolate millet pudding from plant milk

  1. 1. Rinse the millet groats, put them in a saucepan, then pour in plant drink, cover and bring to the boil.

  2. 2. Reduce the heat and boil under cover until the groats absorb the plant milk and soften (around 15 min).

  3. 3. Add the cocoa and honey, then mix.

  4. 4. Blend together. If the pudding is too thick, add more of the plant drink.
