  • Cauliflower, fresh or frozen4× floret (200 g)
  • Prawns1.5× cup (150 g)
  • Lemon0.5× piece (40 g)
  • Cream 30 %1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Butter2× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic0.5× clove (2.5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Prawns with cauliflower purée

  1. 1. Boil the cauliflower.

  2. 2. Blend it with butter, salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Fry the peeled prawns in oil for around 3 mins on each side, until they turn very brown.

  4. 4. Mix the cream with the pressed garlic and juice squeezed from the lemon.

  5. 5. Add to the prawns, stir and cook for approx. 2 min.

  6. 6. Serve with the cauliflower purée.

    I tried the puree without oil and it is very good. I know it sounds a little simple but it's really good.
