How to make Beetroot smoothie

  1. 1. Grate the raw beetroot.

  2. 2. Dice the pineapple and banana.

  3. 3. Squeeze the juice out of the orange and lemon.

  4. 4. Mix all the ingredients together then blend them. Add water if the drink is too thick.

    Until I try it, it is 4 stars- Can I substitute (a little) lemon juice for the lemon-since I am not crazy about it?- Otherwise, it sounds like a good, healthy drink.
