  • Wholemeal bread4× slice of bread (140 g)
  • Mango40 g
  • Limes20 g
  • Butter4× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Onion2× slice (20 g)
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Rocket Salad1× portion (15 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Coriander leaves, dried1× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Prawn baguette

  1. 1. Mix in the oil, lime and chilli.

  2. 2. Rinse, shell then wash the prawns. Transfer it to the marinade and place in the fridge.

  3. 3. Slice the mango and onion.

  4. 4. Cut the bread in half, butter it with the garlic butter. Fry briefly in a pan or bake for 5 minutes.

  5. 5. Fry the prawns for about 1 minute on each side.

  6. 6. Place all the ingredients on the bread.
