How to make Baked prawns with tomatoes

  1. 1. Peel and dice the tomato.

  2. 2. Peel the garlic, dice finely along with the parsley.

  3. 3. Pre-heat the oven to 220C, lay the prawns in a casserole dish, add the garlic, tomatoes and parsley.

  4. 4. Drizzle everything with the olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.

  5. 5. Bake for around 10 minutes.
