  • Tomato5× slice (100 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Parsley, fresh1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Roast feta with tomatoes

  1. 1. Chop up the parsley, garlic and chilli.

  2. 2. Put the cheese in a casserole dish and sprinkle with parsley.

  3. 3. Arrange the tomato around it, pour olive oil over it all then spread out the chilli and garlic cloves.

  4. 4. Roast at a temperature of 180C for 20 minutes.
