  • Prawns2.5× cup (250 g)
  • Whole-Grain Pasta1.5× portion (150 g)
  • White wine, dry0.25× cup (37.5 ml)
  • Limes30 g
  • Butter4× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Ground Hot Paprika1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Parsley, fresh10× leaf (10 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Spaghetti with spicy prawns in white wine

  1. 1. Boil the spaghetti.

  2. 2. Wash the prawns and chop into small pieces. Cut the chilli pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and chop finely.

  3. 3. Heat the butter in a pan, add the pressed garlic and prawns. Stir everything together thoroughly and fry for about 1 minute, stirring from time to time.

  4. 4. Add the chilli pepper and pour in the wine. Reduce the wine for around 2 minutes. Finally add the chopped parsley, mix everything.

  5. 5. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the prawns. Add about 50 ml of water from the boiled pasta, and mix everything thoroughly.

  6. 6. Sprinkle the dish with parsley and serve with a piece of lime. You can also drizzle the pasta with lime juice.
