How to make Broccoli, egg and radish salad

  1. 1. Divide the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water for around 5 minutes.

  2. 2. Arrange the lettuce, boiled broccoli and sliced radish on plates.

  3. 3. Season everything with pepper, drizzle with a mixture of olive oil, honey and lemon.

  4. 4. Sliced the boiled eggs in half. Pour over the yoghurt with garlic and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
