  • Tomato4× slice (80 g)
  • Limes10 g
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)

How to make Eggs stuffed with avocado

  1. 1. Hard boil the eggs, cover with cold water then remove the shells. Cut them in half, remove the yolks then crush with a fork.

  2. 2. Wash the avocado, cut it in half lengthwise, then remove and mash the flesh. Drizzle with lime juice then add to the yolks.

  3. 3. Add the grated garlic, olive oil and coriander. Add pepper to taste.

  4. 4. Blanch, peel, dice then drain the tomatoes. Mix in to the prepared paste.

  5. 5. Stuff the egg whites and garnish with coriander.
