How to make Omelette with spinach

  1. 1. Rinse and dry the spinach. Heat half of the butter in a pan, add the grated garlic and fry for a moment. Add the spinach and fry until limp.

  2. 2. Beat the egg vigorously with a fork, adding milk, then salt. Add the spinach from the pan and the grated cheese, stir.

  3. 3. Heat the remaining butter in the pan, spread it over the whole surface. Pour in the egg and spinach, then place the sliced tomatoes on top.

  4. 4. Set a low heat, cover and fry until the mass sets.
