  • Lean fish, fresh or frozen400 g
  • Tomatoes Whole Peeled, canned1× portion (400 g)
  • Leek1× piece (140 g)
  • Potato100 g
  • Onion8× slice (80 g)
  • Olive oil4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Thyme, dried, ground1× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Baked fish with tomatoes

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 200C - with convection.

  2. 2. Thoroughly clean and dry the fish. Drench with half the oil and sprinkle with thyme. Place in a dish and bake for around 6 minutes.

  3. 3. Dice the potatoes, leek and onion.

  4. 4. Heat up the oil, lightly fry the potatoes. When they are soft, add the sliced garlic and onion. Add the tomatoes and cook everything for around 20 minutes on a low heat. Add the leek, season with salt, pepper, thyme and sugar.

  5. 5. Pour the sauce on the fish in the vessel and bake for around 10 minutes.
