  • Eggs chicken3× portion (180 g)

How to make Shakshuka with pumpkin

  1. 1. Chop the pumpkin into small cubes and fry on the oil. It should soften slightly after around 5-6 minutes.

  2. 2. Add the chopped garlic and fry for about 1-2 minutes.

  3. 3. Toss in the tinned tomatoes and let everything simmer for about 6 minutes, seasoning in the meantime.

  4. 4. Make an indentation for the eggs. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the eggs are ready

  5. 5. Sprinkle with oregano and fresh basil.
