How to make Vegetable fries

  1. 1. Peel the vegetables and cut into similar sized sticks. Place in a bowl, add seasoning and oil, shake a few times with the bowl covered so that the seasoning mixes in.

  2. 2. Arrange the vegetables on a baking tray lined with paper, and place in an oven for 15- 20 minutes (temperature 190-200C). The fries should turn brown. Sprinkle with salt.
