  • Wholemeal bread140 g
  • Eggs chicken2× portion (120 g)
  • Gherkins, pickled, drained3× piece (105 g)
  • Onion6× slice (60 g)
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Soy sauce1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Beef Tartare

  1. 1. Finely chop the meat or mince it twice. Add the seasoning, soya sauce and oil.

  2. 2. Finely dice the onion and gherkins.

  3. 3. Shape the meat into tartare and make a pit for the yolk. Place the onion and gherkins beside it.

  4. 4. Serve with bread.

    I love this! One of my favourites. Be sure to use gherkin not fresh cucumber.
