How to make Pasta with tomatoes and olives

  1. 1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic.

  2. 2. Remove the seeds from the chilli pepper and finely chop it. Drain the olives and sun-dried tomatoes, cut the olives in half and the tomatoes into strips.

  3. 3. Peel and dice the fresh tomatoes. Transfer all the ingredients along with the pasta into a pot and add % tsp salt.

  4. 4. Add water, cover and bring to the boil.

  5. 5. Then remove the cover and continue to boil, stirring frequently. Add some hot water if necessary.

  6. 6. Wash and chop the basil. Peel and grate the cheese.

  7. 7. Arrange the pasta on a plate, drip with a little olive oil and serve garnished with basil and cheese.
