  • Beans, cooked or canned20× tablespoon (400 g)
  • Banana2× piece (240 g)
  • Chocolate, plain15× cube (60 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Dates10× piece (50 g)
  • Baking Powder5 g

How to make Bean brownie

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C Melt the chocolate in a saucepan in a water bath Set aside to cool slightly.

  2. 2. Soak the dates in boiling water for 20 minutes. Rinse the beans in a sieve.

  3. 3. Blend all the ingredients into a smooth mass.

  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a small cake mould lined with baking paper.

  5. 5. Bake for 25 minutes at 170C without convection. Take out and leave to cool.

    It’s Very taste cake but the temperature or time it’s not correct I think... when I take out after 25 min the cake was leaking... so I put again for 15 min more in200 temp
