How to make Rice pudding with cinnamon (arroz con leche)

  1. 1. Melt the butter in a wide pan. Add the milk, rice and salt.

  2. 2. Bring to the boil, decrease the heat and cook uncovered on a low heat for about 40 minutes,

  3. 3. stirring frequently with a wooden spoon.

  4. 4. Add the sugar at the very end and stir until it melts through. remove from the heat and serve

  5. 5. sprinkled with ground cinnamon.

    Used as a pudding after a light snack . It was very nice and filling I will make it again for a pudding as my husband likes something sweet after his main course.
