  • Wholemeal flour1.5× tablespoon (22.5 g)
  • Sesame seeds2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Sweet paprika1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Garlic powder1× pinch (2 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Cauliflower in a sesame shell

  1. 1. Steam the cauliflower florets until al dente

  2. 2. Season the flower with a pinch each of hot and sweet paprika, garlic salt, salt and pepper, then add a little water to obtain a thick creamy consistency

  3. 3. Roll the cauliflower florets in the batter, then in the sesame, and lay it out on baking paper

  4. 4. Place in an oven pre-heated to 170 Celsius, and roast for 15-20 minutes until crisp
