1. Can I take advantage of the current promotion if I already have a subscription?

Absolutely! If you have an active subscription, you can still take advantage of the promotion or switch to a different subscription option. Any changes to your subscription must be made through the same channel that you used to purchase the original subscription, be it Google Play, the App Store, or our website.

2. I have an active subscription on Google Play/App Store; how can I make use of the new promotion?

It’s very simple! Log into your Fitatu account on the phone that is linked to your Google Play/App Store account. Then in the Fitatu app, tap “More” (bottom right corner), then “Fitatu Premium,” proceed to “Pricing” and select the option that most interests you. You will be redirected to the store for payment. Just follow the instructions that appear.

3. I want to change my subscription plan on Google Play. Is that possible?

Yes, changing your subscription plan on Google Play is possible according to the platform’s rules. Funds for the new plan will be charged immediately, and any unused amount from your current subscription will be recalculated. This means you will not incur any additional costs. Your new Fitatu subscription plan will take effect immediately after the change. You can easily switch from a cheaper plan to a more expensive one, or vice versa.

4. I bought a subscription through the website; can I now purchase a second one?

Yes, you can take advantage of the promotion even if you already have an active subscription. On the page https://www.fitatu.com/app/order-and-payment, select the option that interests you. The system will recalculate the funds from your current subscription to the new terms. This allows you to use the selected option immediately.

5. Can I pay with BLIK?

BLIK payments are only available on our website when choosing a one-time plan: https://www.fitatu.com/app/order-and-payment.

6. Can I buy a subscription for couples?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a couple’s subscription. This idea is on our development list, and it may become available in the future.

7. Is it possible to purchase a gift card?

Currently, there is no option to purchase gift cards. We are considering this option, and who knows, maybe it will be possible in the future.

8. I have an active subscription in the App Store, but I switched my phone from iOS to Android (or vice versa); can I purchase a new subscription under these circumstances?

Yes, you can buy a new subscription, but keep in mind that subscriptions from competing platforms (such as the App Store and Google Play) will not merge. As a result, you will have two separate subscriptions. In this case, it’s best to cancel your previous subscription to avoid double charges.
